ORDERING
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. The process takes less than 2 minutes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately at support@jameyshop.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? First check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@jameyshop.com and we will resend it right away.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take? For Canada, delivery takes between 12 to 24 business days. This includes 2-4 business days of processing plus shipping time. We ship from international partner warehouses to keep our prices affordable for you.
Is shipping free? Yes — shipping is completely free across Canada with no minimum order required. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to the United States, Europe, and many other countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package in real time directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal? Yes, this is completely normal. Packages sometimes experience delays at customs or sorting facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate right away.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your website? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and is PCI-DSS compliant. Your banking information is never stored on our servers — it is processed directly by our certified payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal).
Will I be charged in Canadian dollars? Yes, all prices are displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD $) including applicable taxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products, no questions asked. If you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund.
How do I start a return? Contact us at support@jameyshop.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label (Canada only) and guide you through the simple process. We respond within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process refunds within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? No — for Canadian customers, we provide a free prepaid return label. For international returns, shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.

I have a problem with my order. What should I do? Contact us right away at support@jameyshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the product is defective or damaged, please include clear photos. We will resolve your issue within 24-48 hours.
