📅 RETURN PERIOD
Calculating the deadline
You have 30 calendar days to return a product, starting from the date you received your order (not the order date).
Example:
- Order placed on: February 1st
- Package received on: February 25th
- Return deadline: March 26th

For your return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
Products eligible for return
✅ Product in its original condition:
- Unused and unworn
- Not damaged by the customer
- Clean and free from signs of wear
✅ Intact packaging:
- In its original packaging if possible
- With all accessories and instructions
- Labels and protection still present
✅ Proof of purchase:
- Invoice or order confirmation email
- Order number indicated
Exceptions — Products NOT eligible for return
❌ Opened products for hygiene reasons:
- Unpacked and used bedding
- Opened personal wellness items
- Unsealed cosmetic products
❌ Products damaged by the customer:
- Product broken or damaged after receipt
- Signs of abnormal use
- Product modified or repaired
❌ Personalized or custom-made products:
- Items engraved or customized at your request
❌ Final sale items:
- Sale items marked "final sale" (if applicable)

📝 RETURN PROCEDURE
Step 1: Contact our customer service
Before sending anything back, you must contact us first:

In your message, please include:
- Your order number (e.g.: #12345)
- The product(s) to return (name and quantity)
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
- Photos of the product if defective or non-conforming
Response time: We reply within 24 hours (business days).
Step 2: Receive your return authorization
After reviewing your request, we will send you by email:

Important: Without prior authorization, your return may be refused.
Step 3: Prepare your package
How to properly pack your return:
Packaging:
- Use the original packaging if possible
- Otherwise, use a sturdy box appropriate for the product size
- Protect the product well (bubble wrap, newspaper)
Package contents:
- The product in its original condition
- All accessories, cables, and instructions included
- A copy of your invoice
- Your RMA number written on a piece of paper inside
Labeling:
- Attach the provided return label on the package
- OR clearly write the return address
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the package
⚠️ Important: Pack carefully! We are not responsible for products damaged during return shipping if the packaging is insufficient.
Step 4: Ship your package

Option A — Prepaid label (FREE):
- Use the return label we sent you
- Drop the package off at a post office
- No cost to you
Option B — Carrier of your choice:
- You may use the carrier of your choice
- Choose a tracked shipment (mandatory)
- Keep your proof of shipment
- Shipping costs are at your expense in this case
🌍 International returns:
- Return shipping costs are at your expense
- Use a carrier with tracking, mandatory
- Declare the package as "Return of merchandise"
- Indicate a low value to avoid customs fees
💡 Tip: Choose an economy option with tracking. No need to pay for express shipping on a return.
Step 5: Track your return
- Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number
- You can track your return on the carrier's website
- We will confirm receipt of your package by email
- Allow 5-15 days depending on your location
Important: You have 14 days from receipt of our authorization to ship your return. After this deadline, the authorization expires and you will need to contact us again.
Step 6: Receipt and inspection
Once your package is received:
- Inspection: We check the condition of the product (1-2 business days)
- Validation: If everything is compliant, we approve the return
- Notification: You receive a confirmation email
If the product does not meet the return conditions:
- We contact you by email or phone
- We offer to send it back to you (shipping costs at your expense)
- Or you may forfeit the product

We process the refund within 5 to 7 business days following the validation of your return.

- Day 1-2: Inspection and validation
- Day 2-3: Refund processing
- Day 3-7: Credit to your account (depending on your bank)

The refund is automatically made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase:

💵 PayPal:
- The amount is credited to your PayPal account
- Generally instant
- Email notification from PayPal
🍎 Apple Pay / Google Pay:
- Credited to the associated card
- Delay: 3-7 days
Note: We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used at purchase (anti-money laundering legal obligations).

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

💸 PARTIAL REFUND
In certain cases, a partial refund may be applied:
Cases for partial refund
Used or damaged product:
- If the product shows signs of use
- Refund = Price - Depreciation
Missing accessories:
- If accessories, cables, or instructions are missing
- Refund = Price - Value of missing items
Destroyed packaging:
- If the original packaging is severely damaged
- Possible deduction based on condition
Late return:
- Between 30 and 45 days after receipt
- Refund possible with 20% deduction
- Beyond 45 days: No refund
Notification
If a partial refund is applied:
- We contact you before proceeding
- We explain the reason and the deducted amount
- You may accept or refuse
- If you refuse, we send the product back to you (shipping at your expense)

Exchange policy
Important: We do not offer direct product exchanges.
Why?
- Our delivery times (2-3 weeks) would make exchanges too slow
- Return + new order is faster

To exchange a product:
Option 1 — Return + New order (Recommended):
- Return the original product (procedure above)
- Place a new order for the desired product
- You are refunded for the first product
- The new product arrives faster than an exchange
Option 2 — Store credit:
- Request store credit instead of a refund
- We create a promo code in your name
- Value = Product price + 10% goodwill gesture
- Valid for 12 months on the entire store
🚨 DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
What is a defective product?
- Product that does not work as expected
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing or broken part upon receipt
- Product different from the description

Option 4 — Discount without return:
- If the defect is minor and you keep the product

📦 DAMAGED PACKAGE AT DELIVERY
What to do if your package arrives damaged?
Upon receipt:
- Inspect the package in the presence of the delivery person
- If apparent damage:
- Refuse the package AND/OR
- Write reservations on the delivery note
- Examples: "Crushed package", "Torn box", "Visibly broken product"
Take photos:
- Of the closed damaged package
- Of the delivery note with your reservations
- Of the damaged product once opened
Contact us within 48 hours:

- Attach the photos
- Describe the damage
Our response:
- We open a file with the carrier
- We send you a new product FREE OF CHARGE
- OR we refund you in full
- No cost to you
⚠️ Important: Without written reservations on the delivery note, the carrier considers the package was intact. It will then be more difficult to assert your rights.

💬 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I return a product without a reason? Yes! You have 30 days to change your mind, without having to justify yourself. It is your right of withdrawal.
Are return shipping fees free?
- Canada: Yes, we provide a prepaid label.
- International: No, fees are at your expense (unless defective product).
How long does it take to get a refund? 5-7 business days after receipt and validation of your return. Bank processing may add 3-5 days.
Can I exchange a product? No, we do not offer direct exchanges. Return the product and place a new order.
I passed the 30-day window, can I still return?
- Between 30 and 45 days: Contact us, we will review your request (partial refund possible).
- Beyond 45 days: No returns accepted, except for defective products.
The product doesn't suit me, can I return it opened? Yes, as long as the product has not been used and is in perfect resalable condition. Exception: hygiene products (bedding, etc.).
How do I know if my return has been received? You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is received at our facility.
Can I return multiple products from the same order? Yes, mention it in your return request. We will send you one label for all products.
What happens if my return package is lost? If you have a tracking number, we will open an investigation with the carrier. That is why tracking is mandatory.
Can I cancel my return? Yes, contact us before we process the refund. If already refunded, simply place a new order.
